Hey folks, Harry here, moments from going to sleep. All the bags are packed, the tubes are wrapped. The t-shirts are printed and the Yearbooks are done! However over the course of the night, films are being created in labs this night... being launched on planes to Austin for BNAT. Others are in the midst of 9000 mile epic flights. Still others are safely nestled within the bosom of the Alamo Drafthouse. BNATers' heads are upon their pillows pondering the cinematic wishes they hope to be living and the nightmares to survive.

Others are in tears, unable to fly out of New Jersey due to weather and having to cancel, stuck on Prince Edward's Island trying to stay warm and having an insane animation deadline that kept them from attending, another was struck ill whilst on vacation in Hawaii! How's that for irony?

Then there are all of you, the ones that didn't get in, that couldn't attend either due to jobs, scholastic or financial reasons... Or maybe a lack of passion to tempt one's cinematic sanity by enduring 24 hours of programming by me.

As I do each year, I'll provide you folks with an alternative dimension BUTT-NUMB-A-THON 5... one to get at your local video/dvd shop or a quick trip to a local theater to break up the monotony of home. The real BNAT 5 will have many films from the future, things that'll spark insane tangible energy throughout each and everyone of us! SO -- Gather your friends, bring in the beer, light up the bong... drink your poison... whatever it is you do, on this day enjoy some films... Ones you haven't seen a 1000 times. Films that stretch your imagination... just a tad. Here ya go.
