MEG makes Bruce think, 'I need to be a bigger shark!'

Hey folks, Harry here.... Every now and again there's a weird little thing that happens. Great things happen to people that absolutely deserve them. Case in point - Nick Nunziata - all around sweetheart of a guy. We in the online community know him as the guy behind CHUD and he's been one of the brightest spots on the internet for quite some time. Now, Nick's an enthusiatic fella... when he gets a notion or an idea and he gets to wrapping his noggin about it, he can be a powerful advocate. When Steve Alten's book MEG: PRIMAL WATERS ran out its time in development at Disney, the author got cracking on a script he passed to Nick, while Nunziata was interviewing him. Nick went bonkers for the thing, passed it to Guillermo Del Toro - another of them nice as hell guys - actually listened. Now isn't that something? And he read the script - and more so - he agreed that it was great. Then Guillermo got Larry Gordon and Lloyd Levin interested. And the whole lot of em got Jan De Bont interested in directing this tale of Jurassic era Carcharodon Megalodon - the triple quadruple great great grand-daddy on the evolutionary path that led to the Great White Shark which choke upon the over-stuffed bodies of South Austin Internet Journalists... Now that group... well, they've gone and got New Line Cinema all aflutter about a new terror in the deep. The film is on a fast track for next summer. See how cool that is? When most of ya get to see LAYER CAKE - you'll learn that the secret to being successful in business is to be a good middle-man. It also pays to follow your passions, it certainly has served Nick well, and from that sort of passion, hopefully we'll have quite something next summer when it hits!
