Well, this is interesting. Got a name tossed at me today by a fairly reliable source. I was told this person is now part of the new STAR TREK series, ENTERPRISE. If it's true, I'm happy to see him working. I'm dying to know what role he's attached to play. Yes, I'm talking about...

The man who turned down Kubrick to do OUT OF BOUNDS. The guy who was stealing scenes from Chevy Chase at the age of 14. The comic actor with the strangest flirtation with bodybuilding this side of Joe Piscopo. John Hughes Junior himself. I really do reserve a soft spot for his work despite that awkward period where he turned into the type of jock that used to beat his characters up. I thought he was cool in PIRATES OF SILICON VALLEY with his undeniably entertaining take on Bill Gates.

I'm still working to verify this, so for now take it as a rumor. A very interesting rumor.
