Greetings, multimedia mavens! ROBOGEEK here with a funky-fresh peek at one of this summer's most highly anticipated (and hyped) films.

Earlier this evening, during the E! pre-Oscar Red Carpet coverage (and again during P.I.; btw, what kinda crack are you smoking, Bill?), the brand-spankin' new one-minute spot for PEARL HARBOR aired - but not, strangely enough, during the Oscars themselves. (In fact, I don't think I saw a single movie commercial during the Oscars, which was just plain weird.)

Anyway, thanks to my trusty TiVo and PowerBook, I managed to do a quick-and-dirty digitization of the spot so you folks could check it out for yourselves. It features a considerable amount of new footage (and what sounds like narration by Martin Sheen), and can now be yours in the form of a 5.7 MB 320x240 QuickTime file...

P.P.S.: An astute Talk Backer claims this spot in fact debuted a week ago during the NCAA Play-Offs (whoops), and that a mediocre-quality version of it was online briefly at pearlharborfilm.net and comingsoon.net. However, upon further Robo-investigation, I've found it's mysteriously no longer available at either location (the links are dead). So for the time being, at least, this may be the only place online to snag this spot.
