A crude yet well-made TV-MA sitcom co-created by "South Park" writer Kenny Hotz, “Testees” is about poor people forced to offer themselves up for medical experiments.

A Canadian import, it’s almost Terrence & Phillip made flesh. Terrence & Phillip makes me laugh, and I’m embarrassed to admit "Testees" made me laugh plenty. (And not a lot of sitcoms do these days!) The critics are generally not on board …
