I am – Hercules!!
“The Real World/Road Rules Challenge” returns tonight with loads of surprises:
* Back is Mark Long, a veteran of the very first “Road Rules” back in 1995, had announced his retirement (I thought) three years ago.
* "CT" Tamburello, who keeps getting tossed off these shows (the last time for bashing Davis Mallory in the face), demonstrates his violent behavior doesn’t prevent producers from inviting him back.
* Returning also is food-loving Eric “Big Easy” Banks, who cost himself and his team a big pile of cash during “Gauntlet III” by not being fit enough to walk to the finish line.
* Hot, unstable, lesbitastic and generally fearful Brooke LaBarbera once seemed the least likely to return following her early ouster during “Gauntlet III.”
“Duel II” was shot, apparently, before “Real World: Brooklyn,” so we don’t yet get to see how well transwoman Katelynn Cusanelli competes against girls who weren’t born with wieners.

MTV recently renewed both “Real World” and “The Challenge” for four more seasons each. Apparently the attempt to revive “Road Rules” two years ago didn’t take.
Remember that the talkbackers who complain the most about reality shows are the ones most likely to be caught by their moms masturbating to “American Gladiators.”
10 p.m. Wednesday. MTV.
