HowButWHAT?? James Cameron, David Fincher, Zack Snyder and Gore Verbinski To Co-Direct New HEAVY METAL Movie??

I am – Hercules!!

filmschoolrejects.com has news extraordinary, extraordinarily exciting and kind of unbelievable! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles co-creator Kevin Eastman tells the site that big-deal movie directors James Cameron ("Terminator," "Aliens," "Avatar"), David Fincher ("Alien3," "Fight Club," "Zodiac," "Benjamin Button"), Zack Snyder ("Dawn of the Dead," "300," "Watchmen") and Gore Verbinski ("The Ring," the "Pirates of the Caribbean" trilogy) have all signed on to create segments for a new “Heavy Metal” movie, and that the “Kung Fu Panda” team of Mark Osborne and Jack Black will contribute a segment as well. In addition, says Eastman:
“Three other directors have agreed but we haven’t signed them, but they’re equally as jaw-dropping. So we’re on cloud nine to be working with such an amazing amount of talent.”
Equally jaw-dropping?? Lucas?? Spielberg?? Abrams?? And how is the Ninja Turtles fellow in possession of such explosive information? Eastman purchased Heavy Metal magazine in 1992, and wrote and produced the direct-to-video sequel "Heavy Metal 2000" starring his porn-star ex-wife Julie Strain. He is credited by IMDb as "producer, director" of this new "Heavy Metal" movie. Find all of filmschoolrejects.com’s exclusive on the matter here.
