Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. I happened to love the image that came out last week, showing a grinning Anthony Hopkins with a golden eyepatch. It's kind of epic and extremely theatrical. Sure, that rides a razor's edge... either it's going to pay off with something unlike anything we've seen or it's going to fail miserably, but I like that Branagh is really going for it.
A new Thor picture just surfaced. I don't know which site was the first to get it online, but I know it appeared first in the print edition of the LA Times.
In the pic you can see the massive set built for The Hall of Asgard in what I believe is Thor's banishment scene. We all know he has to end up on Earth and from the looks of this pic this is that scene.
Also notice Loki's pointy hat is seen for the first time at the far left.
I anxiously await whatever they decide to show at the big Thor/Captain America panel this Saturday at Comic-Con.
